Not a subprocessor
To look for a possible recall, WALKED sends only an equipment brand name to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s public recall database (saferproducts.gov). It’s a public government service and never gets customer or client data.
How we tell you about changes
When we add a company here or change what one does, every existing account sees a notice in the WALKED app at its next sign-in. A feature that depends on the change stays off for an account until someone on it clicks “OK, got it.” New accounts agree to the current list when they sign up.
