For Horizon users
Horizon is retiring. Switch to WALKED.
Carson Dunlop is retiring Horizon on December 15, 2026, and has chosen Spectora as its recommended platform. You still get to pick where you go. WALKED is home inspection software for licensed inspectors, and it’s a real alternative.1
10 founder spots (limited). First year free, then $29/mo locked for founders. No card now.
Respect where it’s due
Horizon served a lot of inspectors well for a long time, and Carson Dunlop keeps doing the training and education it’s known for. We just think you deserve a second option before December.
What WALKED does
- Caption-first on site. Take the photo, caption the finding, keep moving.
- The report is drafted for you. You review it and sign it. Nothing goes out without you.
- Every finding tagged Hire a Pro / DIY / Noted, so buyers know what to do next.
- Ohio SOP option for Ohio inspectors.
- We don’t sell your data.
Your templates, built with you
You send us your templates and narratives, and we build them with you, so your first WALKED inspection sounds like you. There’s no Horizon data import, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
