Home inspector app

A home inspector app built for the attic, not the desk.

Field is the part of WALKED you use on site. It runs on your phone, and it keeps working when the signal drops.

What you do on site

No signal? Keep going.

Photos, notes and labels are saved on the device, so crawlspaces and basements aren’t a problem. You do need a connection to open a job from the dashboard.

After you leave the house

Scribe turns your notes into plain buyer wording for you to review. Then the report goes out with a next step on every finding. Try the demo to see the flow.

When WALKED fits, and when it doesn’t

A good fit if you want fast capture on site and a buyer report that says what to do next.

Not the right fit if what you mainly need is scheduling, CRM or office tools for a team. A full suite does that job; WALKED isn’t trying to match one feature for feature.

FAQ

Does capture work without cell signal?

Yes. Field saves photos, notes and next-step labels on the device, so attics, basements and crawlspaces are fine. Opening a job from the WALKED dashboard needs a connection.

Does WALKED write the report for me?

Scribe drafts plain buyer wording from your short note. You review and edit it before anything goes to the buyer. The inspection calls are yours.

Is WALKED a full office suite?

No. WALKED focuses on capture, the report and each finding’s next step. If you need scheduling, CRM or multi-inspector office tools first, a suite like Spectora is the better pick.
