WALKED is a good fit when buyers keep calling after delivery, or you want every finding to carry a clear next step.
A full office suite is the better pick when you need scheduling, CRM, multi-inspector office tools, and templates first, and the buyer’s next step is secondary. Spectora and similar suites do that job well. WALKED isn’t trying to replace a suite feature for feature.

Does Field work offline (attic / basement / no cell)?
Yes. Capture works without signal: photos, notes, and next-step labels are saved on the device, so attics, basements, and crawlspaces are fine. If the microphone isn’t available, you can type the note instead. Opening a job from the WALKED dashboard needs a connection.
