Is the beta really free?

Yes. It’s free for 60 days.

How many spots are there?

10. We keep it small so we can actually help each person.

Who can join?

Licensed home inspectors. We check every license by hand against the state’s public lookup before anyone gets in.

What’s the check-in?

A 15-minute call every two weeks. You tell us what’s working and what’s bugging you. That’s it.

What happens after 60 days?

We’ll reach out before the 60 days are up.

My state doesn’t license home inspectors. Can I apply?

Right now the beta is for inspectors with a state license we can look up. Send us a note at [email protected] and we’ll let you know if that changes.

What counts as “real jobs”?

Inspections you’re actually doing for paying clients, run in WALKED from booking to report.

What happens to my data and my clients’ data?

Your clients stay your clients. We don’t sell your data. You can export your jobs anytime.

What if all 10 spots are taken?

You stay on the list, and we’ll email you if a spot opens up.
